This Refund Policy governs refund requests for NutriTracker subscription services provided by Daniel Marinelarena d/b/a Websites by Dano (“NutriTracker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a subscription to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All subscription fees paid for NutriTracker services are non-refundable except as expressly provided in Section 2 of this policy. This no-refund policy applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, automatic renewals, and upgrade fees.
By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Service features, pricing, and terms, and you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable except as specified below.
A full refund will be issued if you were charged multiple times, charged incorrectly, charged after successful cancellation, or did not receive access within 48 hours due to our technical error.
To request a refund, contact us at support@nutritracker.pro within 7 days of the charge with supporting documentation.
A pro-rated refund may be issued for complete service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that prevent access to core functionality. Scheduled maintenance does not qualify.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the disruption.
A full refund will be issued for demonstrated unauthorized or fraudulent charges if reported within 30 days. Forgotten subscriptions or buyer’s remorse do not qualify.

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2:
We will review your request within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue any fees or costs incurred.
Please contact us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
We comply with California’s Automatic Renewal Law by providing clear disclosures, affirmative consent, acknowledgment emails, easy online cancellation, and renewal reminders for annual plans.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining days in the current period.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
